For the next edition of what has become the premier springtime festival in Texas, we’re preparing for a sensory overload of electronic goodness with top-notch visual and audio production. Ubbi Dubbi is open to fans who are ages 18 and above. To purchase and consume alcohol, you must be at least 21 years of age.

The festival will take place rain or shine, excluding life-threatening weather. Please keep up-to-date on local weather reports and prepare accordingly.


Every attendee (including media and guests) will be searched prior to entry with a TSA-style search, which includes emptying your pockets and bags, a full pat-down, an examination of items brought with you, and potentially removal of your shoes. Police officers work both inside and outside our events with the aid of K9 units. All narcotics laws are strictly enforced. Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.


The use or possession of any illegal drugs or substances will not be tolerated – either inside or outside the venue.
If you are found inebriated at the entrance, security will not allow you to enter the festival. Event staff reserves the right of admittance refusal.
In the First Aid tents located throughout the festival, you’ll find teams of medical practitioners ready to care for your every need. If you or a friend is not feeling well, are lightheaded, nauseated, or have another medical need like blisters or a headache, please visit our friendly medical staff and feel free to ask a festival team member for assistance.


Few things are necessary to enjoy the show, but there are a couple of items that you shouldn’t leave home without. When in doubt, please take a moment to reference our guide covering everything you can and cannot bring past the front gates.
If at any time an acceptable item is deemed harmful to other patrons, it may be confiscated and retrieved after the event.

When it comes to essentials, we highly advise you to wear a pair of comfy dancin’ shoes, a big smile, and dress for the fest’ in party attire.
Wear your festival colors loud and proud, but don’t leave home without your ticket and a valid photo ID!

Apart from the essentials, the most important thing to have is an accepted form of identification.

OUTLET provides on-site information, activities, and resources relevant to mental health and promotes the continuance of mental health initiatives that last beyond the festival experience.

We encourage our patrons to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water and sports drinks to replenish their body’s electrolytes. While you’re here, fill up on H20 at any of our free water stations or purchase water at various concession stands around the venue.

Bars located throughout the festival will serve beer and liquor. Service hours may be limited and you must be at least 21 years of age with valid identification.

Measuring approximately 8″ high x 11″ wide x 17″ deep, a personal locker allows you to safely stash your belongings. For extra convenience, choose a locker with phone charging capabilities. Lose something? Check with Lost & Found, and you may be pleasantly surprised that your lost item is waiting for you! Check below for the Lost & Found location and schedule; it varies by day and item lost.
Fans may be required to supply staff with valid identifying information to claim the lost property. We are not responsible for any lost or left behind items; you are solely responsible for your property.
On Saturday, day one of the festival, Lost & Found is located inside of the entrance of the festival.
Starting at 11:30 PM, Lost & Found moves to the festival box office just outside the festival entrance until 12:30 AM.
On Sunday, day two of the festival, all items of obvious value (e.g., IDs, cell phones, jewelry, cash, or credit cards) collected from day one will be stored at the festival box office just outside the festival entrance from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Starting at 3:00 PM, all items except IDs will be stored at the Lost & Found location inside the festival’s entrance. IDs will remain at the festival box office.
Starting at 9:30 PM, Lost & Found will move to the festival box office just outside the festival entrance until 10:30 PM.
On Monday, April 28th, Lost & Found will be at the staffing office located at (1042-1056 Calvert St, Fort Worth, TX 76107). Operating hours will be from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM CT.
From April 28th onwards, kindly direct any inquiries regarding lost items to lostandfound@ubbidubbifestival.com. You will be subject to a shipping fee if your item is found.
All unclaimed items will be discarded/donated after Monday, May 12th, 2025. Ubbi Dubbi is not responsible for items left at Lost & Found.
